Insurance coverage for lactation and infant feeding visits
(Anthem, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Humana, Provider Network of America (PNOA), Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Multiplan)
I've partnered with The Lactation Network (TLN) to help qualifying families use their insurance so that they can have lactation consults with me for free (covered by their insurance)! Lactation coverage is available for some plans through BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, Provider Network of America (PNOA), and Humana.

To determine your eligibility for insurance, courtesy of The Lactation Network:

1) Complete The Lactation Network's Form Here
2) Keep an eye on your email. We should both hear from TLN, usually within 24 hours, regarding your insurance status with TLN.

3) In the meantime, feel free to schedule your consultation or reach out to me if you have any questions!

Important notes:
* If TLN informs us that they cannot utilize your insurance, the consultation will be considered self-pay. In this case, some families choose to use Reimbursify's services which help you easily file out-of-network claims with your insurance. (See Reimbursify tab above for more information.)
* Our cancellation policy still applies for any appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
* Travel fees may still apply.
